At only $3,600, our Leadership Accelerator program for emerging leaders includes:

  • Intake (Discovery) session to create a next-level leadership development plan that incorporates personal and professional growth.

  • Interviews with 3 to 5 key stakeholders to deepen awareness of the impact on others and reality test self-perceptions of performance.

  • Review of existing assessments. Administration and debrief of the Leadership Agility Self-Rater.

  • Six 50-min individual coaching sessions delivered over three months.

  • A way-forward session with coachee, coach, and sponsor, if applicable, to close engagement and set guiding frameworks for sustainable growth.
